Day 11 - We went back to Crazy Horse to spend more time in the Native American Museum, watch Lakota dancers, and see the amazing laser show that night. The museum is huge and is really worth seeing. The dancers were amazing, too. The second set we saw compete and obviously do very well! The laser show started at 9:30 p.m. It is set to music and narrative. Large photos are projected, along with laser images, and the mountain is lit in various colored lights. We really enjoyed our time at this exhibit and encourage all to see it.
Day 12 - We hit the road again, traveling to Greybull, WY, for the night. We went through many different types of terrain. The biggie was climbing and descending the Bighorn Mountains. We got up to about 10,000 ft. above sea level. I was amazed to see the snow and even a lake that was still partially frozen. It was 64 degrees on top of the Bighorns, and the snow melt had the rivers rushing and gushing! It was a lovely day with many stops for roadwork (We are seeing Obamaroadcare everywhere!!!!). We ended up traveling about seven and a half hours. We will hit the road again tomorrow and go to Dubois, WY, and get up early Sunday morning to try to get a spot at Colter Bay in the Tetons National Park. They have a chance of a rain/snow mix tonight! We will have no Internet, but Helen has told me where the hotspots are. I’ll try them out once a day or once every two days.
